Train the Trainer

Effective training is becoming more and more important in the modern workplace. Trainers need knowledge and skills to ensure that they produce good quality inclusive learning environments that are responsive to individual needs; maximising learning and minimising costs.
Training needs to be validated. Over the past few years there has been a drive to ensure that trainers in all sectors of industry are appropriately trained and qualified. WYMS can deliver a range of Nationally recognised initial teacher training courses (ITT) at Levels 3 & 4, National Governing Body (NGB) Tutor courses and bespoke short courses in training skills.
